Outback is a hit and miss at times... I say that cause I have went there in a Wednesday with no one in the parking lot and it's not crowded in the restaurant and received HORRIBLE service.. and other times on a Sunday after church when it's packed and it takes forever to get seated but I received GREAT service.. Do it's definitely a hit and miss at times... Overall I would say it they need to update the building because it's packed when they have a crowd.. But my score is a 6/10

Did not have a good experience here. Took my date here and we waited forever for our food to come, which would've been understandable if it was a bust day but it wasn't. Once our food arrived it was cold as if it was just sitting back in the kitchen. I told the waitress our food was cold and her food wasn't prepared like she requested it and they didn't reduce the price. They did offer to take her plate back and make it again but we were so frustrated by than and waited so long for it the first time that we opted to just get a to go box and leave.

Got my carryout order wrong and did not give me my requested silverware. I did not find out until I got back to my hotel. They offered to fix it IF I drove all the way back there.... They were 15 minutes late the first time, so it would probably be 45 minutes out of my life on a night I'm already scheduled to work late. Not going to happen.

Had many great meals with friends over a bottle of wine and good steaks. However the seating service has become horrible at this establishment. After more than two occasions where the hostess failed to seat us as promised and seated many others before me and my party I left and will not return. On one instants after an hour and a half wait after looking at their screen we were told that we had left the building. Well now we have left and want return again, ever.

Typical Outback! The service is good and the food is typical chain restaurant quality. The place is clean, but the prices are a bit high for average food.

For a chain restaurant, the steaks are good. I ordered a Porter House medium rare, came out rare, they cooked another, no Hassel, knowing if they put that one back on grill it would have dried it out. They made me happy, do recommend.

We went in on a Monday evening and there was a 20-30 minute wait. The waitress was slow, inattentive, but apologetic to a degree. At the end of our meal she blamed her bad service on the kitchen. She had moments where she seemed good, but our drinks took forever, as did the appetizers. We were told that they were putting sugar in the sweet tea as we waited, but weren't kept abreast about the food delays. Some things didn't come out with our meal, to the point that we had to get them to go. They also didn't have the crawfish appetizer, but did one of our meals came with crawfish in it. We were told that the prep guy didn't prep the crawfish for the appetizers, in a Louisiana restaurant nonetheless. The food was good, overall, and the manager was concerned and pleasant. She added a star to the rating!

My wife and I have eaten here for years and up until about three months ago it was usually a nice experience with good service and above average food, at least for a chain. The last two times we've eaten here the service and the food has been well below expectations. I have always enjoyed the 6 ounce filet, the last two have been over cooked and grainy tasting like they had been frozen, not thawed out properly and cooked half frozen. Two visits back we ask to speak to the manager. A young lady came to out table who was all of 20years old and explained that the cook shaped the steaks and that's why they were grainy tasting. Oh well, no more Outback for me.

Worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Cold food, gooey salad, tails were still on my shrimp when I got my pasta. Food took forever and service was terrible.

I kind of had that feeling when we pulled in during dinner crunch time and there were lots of parking spaces.... The place was half empty but we still had a wait to be greeted. I could see many empty tables with dirty dishes left behind. Our waitress was friendly enough but did not have a clue as to how you approach ordering and serving. Bloomin Onion was cooked properly but had a distinct "old freezer" taste. My companion had a burger and fries which looked like leftovers from Denny's. I had a relatively expensive piece of salmon with vegetables. Salmon was cold and borderline raw, but it had great grill marks! Appeared to have been cooked from frozen state without regard to internal temperature. The vegetables, which at other Outbacks are usually great, were cooked to death and limp and watery. Server spent most of the time (within view) chatting it up with coworkers near the back. All in all, the kind of place I suggest avoiding. It's more to do with attitude than anything else.

I used to love going to Outback, any Outback, but the franchise is just not the same. Steaks occupy only a same corner of their menu. Looks like they are trying to be a Chillis what with their quesadillas and tacos. I ordered the Outback burger medium-well and I got a dried out semi-burned and totally tasteless very well-done burger. Even McDonalds makes better burgers. AND our table's order took at least 45 minutes to arrive.

It can be hit or miss here. Sometimes the food is excellent and sometimes just not so good. I did have a waitress ask me how I wanted my pork chop cooked. My reply was "done". That said it's very difficult to get into the restaurant in Friday and Saturday nights. We go occasionally but on weeknights. My husband takes business lunches here sometimes as it is close to his workplace and it's usually not busy at that time of day but it is slow for the food

My husband and I went to Outback in West Monroe, LA today and were extremely disappointed with the service. I wish I had taken a picture to show our meal. We ordered the coconut shrimp appetizer, a salad, and we were going to share a porterhouse steak and potato. There was no silverware on table. Had to ask 3 times for it. Waiter said he was looking for it. Coffee was tepid. He argued with me that he just made it. Took it back to bring me another cup...nuked, I'm sure. Weak too. I usually drink several cups. One was more than enough! Suddenly 3 servers approached our table with everything we had ordered...all at same time. Still no eating utensils. We complained, and manager came. No excuses made, just I'm sorry. When waiter brought our ticket, my husband tried to help him see why we were dissatisfied. He blamed it on the cook. My husband told him that was waiter's job to bring food out in right order. He said he always depends on the cook. Really? I wish you had seen all of our meal on table at once. Young couple behind us told us it was their first and last time at Outback. Needless to say, LAST OUTBACK TRIP for us!!!

I had an excellent meal and service at the bar. The lobster tail was a little small but the filet was cooked perfect and tasted great.

Slow service. Sub par food quality. Especially when you consider the prices. Go somewhere else...anywhere else!

My husband and I arrived at 6:25 P.M. and told 40 minute wait. We were seated at 6:50, so only 25 minute wait. Our server, Alisha was not only friendly, but very good at her job! We never had to ask for drink refills. She offered more bread while waiting on our appetizer and cleared items from table as we finished each course. We both ordered steaks and both were cooked perfectly and seasoned well. I asked for the manager and advised him that Alisha was "working circles" around the other servers! I made sure her tip reflected that great service, also! Very enjoyable dining experience!

So - I was in town visiting my Mom - as she is older - going out to eat is one of the things she really enjoys - we hadn't been to Outback in ages - used to be a favorite - but with more options - just hadn't been lately - me sister & her hubby joined us - the restaurant has been renovated since we last visited - very nice decor & atmosphere - our server (Paydan) was very pleasant and helpful - our food was fresh and tasty - cooked as requested and presented in a timely manner - I think with all of the new competition - they are taking it seriously and stepping up

I used to LOVE Outback, even though it's a chain. But this one....I ordered a rare steak. The waiter asked me if I knew what that meant. Yes. I'm serious. When I assured him I knew what it meant, he shrugs and says, "ooookaaaaaaay". Like it was my funeral for eating a bloody steak. When my steak arrives, it's medium when I cut a corner off of it. So, I sent it back. My steak comes back...and....it's the SAME steak. Just cooked more!! You know how I know? Because it's the same corner I cut off, you can see it. So I ask to speak to manager, who gives me a free bloomin' onion. Which, I'm allergic to (onions, that is). So when I inform him of this he gets agitated too. Finally decides to comp my meal. Will never eat there again.

This used to be my favorite place to eat! I went there a couple of weeks ago, on one of there busy nights! I ordered a steak with the lobster topping, when it came out it didn't have the topping on it! I wasn't going to say anything, but my waiter remembered me ordering it! He apologized and brought me some out in a bowl! When I put the topping on my steak, I notice it was the same sauce that they put on the Toowoomba Pasta! It had small pieces of noodles still in it! Almost like they raked someones leftovers off their plate and served it to me!!!
